When you are considering separation or your relationship breaks down, there is a range of important matters you need to consider.

Many clients will often hear stories from friends and family as to what they can expect. It is important to seek out advice so you are fully informed as to where you stand.

We also provide guidance to clients before they commence living with their partner or prior to separation. We will assist in minimising stress and uncertainty in the future and provide some security for our clients so they can plan accordingly.

Consent Orders

We encourage and support parents working together towards building ongoing arrangements for their children that assist them in reaching their full potential.

As part of that process, parents are firstly encouraged to seek out support services to assist them through the negotiation process should they be experiencing difficulties in communicating with their former partner.

Our firm also provides assistance in opening up discussions with your former partner to enable you to reach an agreement that is in the best interests of your children.

Our firm can formalise your parenting agreement by way of a Parenting Plan or Court Order.
